Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4 1979) is an American actress and model. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
