Rachael Cook
Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4 1979) is an American actress and model. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both comedians as well as social worker. She is a part-Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she was seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
